My Story
For years, I kept my spiritual side hidden. Not because I didn’t feel it—quite the opposite. I searched for answers outside of myself, turning to countless spiritual guides and mediums, always looking for something out there. I didn’t yet trust that I already had the answers within me.
Then came my Saturn return—the cosmic wake-up call that shakes everything up. And it did, big time. It felt like the universe grabbed me by the shoulders and said, “It’s time. Stop hiding.”
For the first time, I couldn’t ignore it. I knew I was meant for something more. The fear was there, but the pull toward healing and self-discovery was stronger. So, I jumped. I started with Reiki, and soon my journey led me deeper into shamanic healing and the Medicine Wheel. With each step, I shed layers of doubt, fear, and limiting beliefs, uncovering a version of myself I had long forgotten.
After completing my second Medicine Wheel, I went through another powerful transformation—I became a mother. And in that moment, as I brought new life into the world, something else was born within me: an unshakable knowing. I was meant to merge my healing work with coaching. So, I studied to become a spiritual life coach, blending deep energy work with transformational 1:1 coaching to help others reconnect with their soul’s purpose.
But this wasn’t an overnight shift. Like so many, I followed the path I thought I should—excelling in school, earning a top degree, building a successful corporate career. I checked every box. And yet, the more I “succeeded,” the more I felt like something was missing. My soul was whispering, trying to guide me toward something bigger. But for years, I wasn’t ready to listen.
Now, I know that wild, free-spirited part of me never left—she was just waiting to be remembered. And through my work, I help others do the same.
This journey isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to the person you’ve always been.
And if you feel that whisper inside you—the one nudging you toward something more—maybe it’s time to listen.
